I have a problem on site where the builders have put the boiler for a newly refurbished house in a service hut at the end of the garden and forgot to run a control wire from the house. I either dig up the garden and run a new cable or do you have a wireless solution?

There is no need to dig up the garden. If you add a binary input in the house (CBEU-02/01 ) and then a relay unit at the boiler CSAU-01/01 as long as they are within 50 meters of each other this will work. If they are over 50 meters you will also need a repeater router unit(CROU-00/01)

I am trying to turn off the lights and projector in a class room if the room is unoccupied to save energy. Unfortunately the room is in an old building and it is hard to get to the wiring routes.

This is simply done by using a binary input unit connected to the PIR, CBEU-02/01 and a single relay unit to control the lights CSAU-01/01. If you also need a switch you could add a wireless switch with a time delay to also turn off the lights.
